This matters why? Romney sucked as a candidate. Jindal might have sucked slightly less but lacked the balls to run.
Iadmit he had faults, but he did get 48% of the votes. It's just that the Liberal Socialists in CA, NY, NJ and OH are to stupid to know they sold their Country for a few shekels in welfare/aid.

Although he says nothing disproving Romney's assertions, since LA has among the lowest proportion of income tax payers and among the highest proportion of welfare recipients, it makes perfect sense Jindal would rush out to "clarify" the remarks. It would be a man bites dog story if it were the governor of Wyoming.
