According to The Hollywood Reporter, SNL posted a few Trump promos late last night and then a few hours pulled it to remove a line where Trump calls rival Presidential candidate Ben Carson "complete and total loser." The YouTube video was reposted hours later with the other promos, minus the bit that mentioned Carson.
