American NFL Idol!? The Strange Singing Careers of NFL Players

Considering himself a singer and also considered one of the NFL’s biggest busts, Aaron Maybin tried to catch on in the music business with the release of “Maybin Mayhem” which he released on his website. The song went nowhere and is no longer even mentioned on his site. On the bright side for Maybin, after appearing on HBO’s Hard Knocks with the Cincinnati Bengals, his artwork became in demand. It didn’t help him in the NFL though. He’s currently playing in Canada on the Toronto Argonauts’ practice squad.
