The metal band Free Reign came together as an idea in the Dallas Cowboys locker room. Marc Colombo and Cory Procter were playing and that’s when Leonard Davis decided to join in. Davis got metal guitarist Justin Chapman to join the group when the band thought they were missing something. Their first album “Heavier Than Metal” found respect from musicians like Zakk Wylde and Rob Halford. Since then they’ve released two more albums, “Tragedy” and “One Step Away”. The group is already seeing critical success by winning the Golden God Award for Most Metal Athletes.
