Noel Fielding just finished his first US Tour, with An Evening With Noel Fielding, and by all accounts, it was a gigantic success. I caught the show in New York City- it was my first time seeing Noel live- and was intrigued, enlightened, enchanted, and utterly converted by Noel and his conceptual whirlwind of a comedy show.

Villa Sorriso or “ Villa of Smiles” the sprawling 640 acre spread sold on Monday for $18.1 Million dollars according to the New York Daily News. Built for Robin Williams in the early 2000’s, the estate offered a home theater, infinity pool, a home theater, three safe rooms, and access to hiking trails surrounding the home.

On Thursday afternoon, Fielding sat in with Ron and Gail Bennington of the Bennington Show on SiriusXM, and talked about some of his favorite artists, like David Bowie, Bobcat Goldthwait, Robin Williams, Jonathan Winters, Dan Aykroyd,and gave his opinions on the election, American politics and Donald Trump. He also talks about being excited to visit San Francisco for the first time, his love of painting and why he draws before he writes when he's creating comedy.

Bobcat Goldthwait is known as am iconic comedian and skilled television director but has been steadily America's finest and most consistent independent filmmaker since John Waters. He sometimes gets compared to Waters, David Lynch and Todd Haynes but that is just another way of saying there is no clear genre for our most unique filmmakers.

The world lost Robin Williams in August 2014, but his work lives on. The gifted actor and comedian has had multiple films released posthumously. Audiences can now see the trailer for Williams' final on-screen role, starring in the upcoming film, Boulevard.
