Rivers, Carlin, Ramis and Berle Help Break Ground for New Comedy Center

Joan Rivers, George Carlin, Harold Ramis and Milton Berle are no longer with us, but their children and family members, Melissa Rivers, Kelly Carlin, Julian Ramis and Marshall Berle (who is actually the nephew of the late great comedian), grabbed ceremonial shovels and helped to break ground for the construction of a new National Comedy Center in Jamestown New York on Saturday, according to wgrz.

Doctor Denies Wrongdoing in Joan Rivers Final Procedure

In courtroom papers just made public this week, Dr. Gwen Korovin, a laryngologist who performed the procedure that led to Joan Rivers death last summer had denied any wrongdoing. In her papers, Koroven flat out denies the allegations, denies that photos were taken and further states that she had been invited to perform the flexible endoscopy on Rivers and none of the doctors in the room objected to her being there.

The new addition to E!'s Fashion Police, Kathy Griffin talked for the first time about the controversy surrounding her co-host, Giuliana Rancic. Griffin was surprised that the first media scandal surrounding the show since she joined, didn't involve her.
