This week its being reported that Spirit Airlines takes pride in the fact that their fliers really hate them. They put out a State of the Hate survey this summer and the results are in, showing immense customer dissatisfaction with the airline industry as a whole.

Another voting day has come to a close. Everyone has visited their local booth, pulled the curtain, or ducked into a cubby and registered their dissatisfaction.
