Outrage Takes Over 500 Person Town After Mayor Dispenses With Pledge of Allegiance
Silverton Colorado’s Mayor has said that the pledge of allegiance will no longer need to be said prior to public meetings in the tiny town. And for some reason, people are pretty upset.

Silverton, CO’s Mayor unilaterally banned the Pledge of Allegiance at city meetings.

Black Workers Walk Out After Ikea Juneteenth Menu Bombs
At least 20 black workers were furious and walked out or called in sick after Ikea Served Fried chicken, watermelon and Mac and cheese on June 19th in honor of the new holiday. It was felt that the special menu items perpetuate racial stereotypes.
