Ellie Kemper was on Conan last night and like her characters, she was a small town girl who moved to the big city. She talked about her husband, taking up smoking for four days to look cool (yes, she practiced smoking), and getting stuck in Buddha's nostril in Japan, while her husband stayed behind to eat a bagel. Lesson learned Ellie. If you're going to try to prove you are worthy of eternal life in Japan, bring a buddy with you.

James Corden is only 3 days in to his reign in Late Late Night and he was already put to the test with Wednesday night's guests, Kevin Hart and Will Ferrell. You can't even try to hold this one down. The night starts with Ferrell yelling at the audience to Shut Up and then things start to get out of hand.

Last night, Kevin Hart shared the story about auditioning for SNL and failing. Kevin did a one sentence impression of a person that nobody knew-- Avery Johnson who played point guard for the San Antonio Spurs, and went on to coach and then eventually become a sports analyst.

He had Reggie Watts, he had an emotional moment thanking his parents, he had the advice of the greats, he had a huge announcement from Mila Kunis, but what really put him over was this 8 minute re-enactment of every single Tom Hanks movie (yes even Bachelor Party, bet you forgot about that one).

Will Ferrell continues to make the rounds promoting Get Hard last night hitting up the Daily Show with Jon Stewart. He did not show up in little Leprechaun costume, or a Little Debbie costume, or any other diminutive fictional character. Instead he showed up in a custom Zach Galifianakis shirt. In case you're not exactly sure what a Zach Galifianakis shirt is, its a shirt filled with dozens of photos of Zach Galifianakis heads, arranged in a big random display.
