JFL42 Announces Headliners Including Bill Burr, Tom Segura and John Mulaney

Earlier this month, we learned that Ali Wong had the honor of being JFL42’s first announced headliner. The wait has been long, but organizers have finally enlightened us on the remaining headliners and the long list of featured acts that’s sure to make this festival one of the best of the season. In addition to Wong, this year’s JFL42 headlining ticket will consist of Bill Burr, Tom Segura, John Mulaney, Tim & Eric and the My Favorite Murder Podcast.

While the headliners are certainly a huge draw, JFL42 would be nothing without the 42 assorted comics from all over North America who will help make Toronto a hub of comedy for the final week of September. Some of the other comics who will be performing this year include Jenny Slate, Jay Pharoah, Janeane Garofalo, Rory Scovel, Jen Kirkman, Roy Wood Jr., The Lucas Brothers, Brian Posehn, Rhys Darby, Kyle Kinane, Mark Normand, Michelle Wolf, Andy Kindler, Gina Yashere, Rachel Feinstein, Liza Treyger, Beth Stelling, Morgan Murphy and more.

The festival’s returning ComedyCon segment will include some live podcasts and Q&As with some of the headliners and featured acts. Featured podcasts include Greg Proops’ The Smartest Man in the World, I Seem Fun: The Diary of Jen Kirkman Podcast, and Good One: A Podcast about Jokes Hosted by Jesse David Fox, while comedians like Bill Burr, Jenny Slate, John Mulaney, Tim & Eric, Tom Segura and Brian Posehn will sit down for the In Conversation Q&A.

JFL42 will take place from September 21st — September 30th. Passes for the festival will become available on Friday, June 2nd at 10am, while tickets for individual shows can be bought starting on June 9th at 10am.
