Mexican Reporter Is Hit By Car On Live TV

During a live broadcast, a Mexican sports reporter was caught completely off guard when a car hit him. No word on how the reporter is doing, but the good news is that the driver saved 15% on his car insurance in less than 15 minutes before going to jail.

Chik-fil-A Will Give 100 New Yorkers Free Food For A Year

In celebration of opening their first public location in New York City, Chick-fil-A will be giving 100 customers free food for one whole year to those who camp out over night outside their location the day of the grand opening. It's an amazing honor akin to winning Willy Wonka's golden ticket, except the chocolate is delicious chicken sandwiches and Willy Wonka is some weird homophobe.

New App, Peeple, Is Yelp For Humans

Peeple, a new app launching in late November, will be a rating system to score people you know, similar to yelp or tripadvisor. Users will score others with a 1 to 5 star system and will probably focus on what most rating website do; who has bad service and bed bugs.

@fart Tricks CNN For Interview About Edward Snowden

Certainly everyone's familiar with the basic concept of cable news: have a bunch of experts/pundits just blabber on for hours on end. They'll look for anyone to make noise on these issues, which is where Jon Hendren comes in. Hendren (best known by his Twitter handle, @fart), managed to convince CNN's HLN producers he was an expert and supporter of Edward Snowden, whose recent Twitter launch was for some reason national news.
