Early Wednesday afternoon, Netflix released a trailer for its new comedy series, Easy. Written by Joe Swanberg (Happy Christmas, Drinking Buddies), this anthology series follows a diverse group of friends as they try to navigate the complexities of their romantic and personal lives. From couples looking to bend gender roles and plan threesomes to an artist experimenting with the boundaries of artistic license, Easy is meant to be an open and honest look at the struggles of sex and relationships and how they affect our daily lives.
The series is made up of an ensemble cast featuring folks like Hannibal Buress, Marc Maron, Orlando Bloom, Jake Johnson (New Girl), Dave Franco (21 Jump Street), Emily Ratajkowski (Entourage, We Are Your Friends), Malin Akerman (Watchmen), Aya Cash (You’re the Worst), Gugu Mbatha-Raw (Black Mirror), Elizabeth Reaser (True Detective), Evan Jonigkeit (Whiskey Tango Foxtrot), Jane Adams (Hung), Michael Chernus (Orange is the New Black) and more.
The series is set to launch globally on Netflix on September 22nd. Check out the trailer below!
