Dave Attell Headlining New Comedy Festival in Las Vegas

Back in January, we announced that the inaugural Crapshoot Comedy Festival was preparing to launch in Las Vegas this May. Now that we’re a little over a month out from this brand new festival, we have some more information regarding who will be performing, and as it turns out, the Crapshoot organizers really outdid themselves with this one.

The festival, which will take place from Thursday, May 18th — Saturday, May 20th, has three killer headliners to set the tone for the weekend: Dave Attell, Bert Kreischer and Tig Notaro. Attell, who is not one of the ‘usual suspects’ names you can see performing at almost any festival you attend throughout the year, will be kicking things off on the 18th with a set at Zappos Chambers on the Zappos.com campus. Kreischer will follow up with an installment of his The Machine 2017 Tour at the Fremont Country Club, and Notaro will round out the weekend with two performances of the all-female showcase, Nasty Women. And, of course, Las Vegas’ local comedy scene will get the spotlight with a showcase featuring local comics like Chris Porter, Jozalyn Sharp, Bobby Wayne Stauts, Ak McMorris, Matt Markman and Brandon “Gooch” Hahn.

The rest of the cast of confirmed performers so far are a handful of killer comics who, between them, boast appearances across the late night gauntlet, from Conan and The Late Show to The Tonight Show, The Daily Show and Late Night. Also performing that weekend, many for the first time in Vegas, will be:

Mark Normand, Liza Treyger, Aparna Nancherla, Brad Williams, Joel Kim Booster, Matt Braunger, Fahim Anwar, Chris Cubas, Morgan Murphy, Corinne Fisher, Krystyna Hutchinson, Flula Borg, Byron Bowers, Kurt Braunohler, Michelle Buteau, Sabrina Jalees, Sam Jay, Josh Adam Meyers, Adam Ray, Ryan Sickler, Beth Stelling, Jesus Trejo and Jenny Zigrino.

In addition to a rendition of the popular Guys We F@#ked: The Experience with Corinne Fisher and Krystyna Hutchinson, there will also be recordings of two podcasts: Bert Kreischer’s BERTCAST (featuring special guests) and the hilarious About Last Night with Brad Williams and Adam Ray.

Tickets for the headline shows range from $30-$49, while all showcases will cost $20. There are also three-day passes available; The Ace pass for $149, the VIP pass at $299, and, if you’d like to live the Las Vegas high-roller experience, the $999 Whale pass. Tickets and info can be found here.
