Daniel Sloss Performs Stand Up on Conan

The Scottish comic Daniel Sloss made another stop at his favorite American late night spot, the Conan O’Brien Show, also known as “Conan”. Daniel didn’t seem to be all that excited to be back in the states, according to him, “it’s a bit different this time”. Apparently things have changed since January 20th. He did point out that even though he’s not a citizen, he does pay taxes in America. At least more than our current President does.

Daniel Sloss can go to some dark places with his comedy. And on Conan, he went really really turn-out-the-lights dark. He explained that in his mind, he’s just not a good person. And he gets particularly upset that even though his thoughts are evil, they certainly do make him happy. During his set, Daniel went into a very detail description of one of those evil thoughts. The one about tripping a little boy with an ice cream cone. Watch the clip below, it gets even darker.

He also talked about relationships and how he fantasizes about getting out of them. All of those plans end up with a dead body. Daniel dissects all the tiny things that annoy you when you want out of a relationship, and how a sociopath would deal with them.

You can catch the very dark and very very funny Daniel Sloss in America for only a short time. He’ll be at the Soho Playhouse in New York City premiering his new show,“Daniel Sloss- SO?” on February 22nd through February 26th. It’s his first return to the States since he premiered his hit one-man show “Dark” in NYC last winter.  After that, you’ll have to catch him in Australia.

Though he is just 26 years old,  Sloss is an award-winning, hugely popular international stand-up and star on UK television. He was named Winner 2016 Sydney Comedy Festival Best of the Fest Award and he will return to Australia for tour following his NYC show run.
