Katt Williams Says Radio Host’s Husband Threatened Him With a Gun

A police report says that Katt Williams and the husband of Atlanta Radio host Wanda Smith got into a fight outside of the Atlanta Comedy Theater in Norcross. Williams appeared on Smith’s radio show last week, and made some controversial statements about black comics who are getting big money for specials, slamming Tiffany Haddish and other comedians.
According to the report, the fight started around 9:30pm and ended with Smith’s husband pulling a gun on the famous comic. The argument revolved around Williams controversial appearance on Atlanta’s V-103’s ‘Frank and Wanda’ Show. Smith’s husband Lamorris Sellers allegedly pointed the gun at Williams face.
According to the report Williams retreated to a nearby Food Depot. While Sellers had a gun, he says he never pointed it at anyone, but did admit that the gun fell out of his waistband while pursuing Williams to the Food Depot.
No injuries were reported.
There were no hard feelings between Hadish and Williams. She had tweeted that it was all good, and that she knows she made it if Williams was shouting about her. The two posed for a photo together at the Emmys. Both Haddish and Williams won Emmy awards for their guest appearances in comedy shows, Haddish for SNL and Williams for Atlanta.
