Ari Shaffir’s ‘Double Negative’ Trailer Teases Greatness

The first official trailer for comedian Ari Shaffir’s new special is here! Last month, shortly after returning from his months-long trek through Asia, Ari Shaffir announced via Twitter that he had his first ever Netflix special, called Double Negative, due out on July 18th. The special is big news not only because it’s Shaffir’s first, but because it’s also a double special, meaning the special consists of two one-hour performances that are meant to mirror each other. You can see Shaffir’s announcement below.

In a nutshell, the two sides will be called Children and Adulthood; The former will tackle parenthood and family life (something Shaffir’s not a fan of), and the latter will discuss living life without the strings of marriage and children. Shaffir has long been a vocal proponent of living life on your own terms, so he’s sure to have plenty of interesting things to say in this new special.
