The Greatest Thing James Corden Has Ever Done, Revealed

Curiosity is building about James Corden who will be taking over the Late Late Show in March. Corden reveals that the very first person to congratulate him when the news leaked, was Seth Meyers, and Corden says he was grateful for the support. Corden says he’s excited and humbled and finds it all a bit daunting to take one of the big Late Night stages.
But before all that begins, James is one of the stars of the movie Into the Woods. Looks like Tracy Ullman wasn’t the only one who enjoyed putting one over on the crew; James Corden pulled his own Meryl Streep prank. Corden claims that the greatest thing he’s ever done was convince Anna Kendrick and a small group of Into the Woods crew that Streep had been fired. Christine Baranski jumped in on the prank without missing a beat, and by the time it was all over, even James started to believe it.
When you start to believe your own fake rumor, it’s time to call it a night James.
Into the Woods opens on Christmas Day, and Corden takes over the Late Late Show in March 2015.
