Jimmy Fallon is doing the “Ol’ Fingers on a Ford 4 x 4” gimmick. Car salesmen from around the country have to keep their hand on a truck until there’s only one left. The winner will get to sell a new Ford Truck to Jimmy Fallon. There’s a feeling that Ford already gave him a truck for doing this.
