Is Vince Vaughn Joining True Detective!?

There are a lot of rumors flying around about the new season of HBO’s True Detective series. The latest one involves Vince Vaughn joining the cast.

According to Deadline, Vince is in negotiations that are moving very quickly to lock him into the HBO drama. The connection between Vaughn and True Detective is the series writer and creator, Nic Pizzolatto.

Last Fall, Pizzolatto was hired by Vince Vaughn’s production company to write the script for a feature film reboot of “The Rockford Files” starring Vaughn as Jim Rockford. Right now, the other actors rumored to possibly be involved in the second season of True Detective are Colin Farrell and Taylor Kitsch as the police investigators.
