If you are in a bar in DC and you get the feeling a lot of people are piss drunk, you are right. The DC single scene is the drunkest in the country with 34% considered heavy drinkers. Tied behind D.C. were New York and Chicago, with 33 percent apiece. If you go North to Canada 100% of the people are drunk 100% of the time.
