Nigella Lawson’s Husband Divorces Her Because She Didn’t Defend Him Choking Her Out

Last month pictures surfaced of celebrity chef Nigella Lawson’s art dealer husband choking her in the middle of a restaurant. He refused to apologize and felt she slighted him by not releasing a statement defending his actions. So obviously he’s going to now divorce her. Here’s his statement he gave the Daily Mail:
“I feel that I have clearly been a disappointment to Nigella during the last year or so, and I am disappointed that she was advised to make no public comment to explain that I abhor violence of any kind against women, and have never abused her physically in any way.”
Nigella really screwed this one up. Here’s hoping she can make it up to him.
