Louis C.K. Cartoon Officially Scrapped at TBS

Everyone knew this was coming, and most people assumed that it was already scrapped, but today TBS made it official; the animated series Louis C.K. was producing and voicing for the network with Albert Brooks is dead. Production on the series was suspended back in November when the allegations about Louis’ sexual misconduct were published in the New York Times, and later admitted to by the comedian, but nothing had been said since.

C.K. was working with Albert Brooks on an animated series, “The Cops” for TBS. The show followed two LA police patrolmen voiced by Brooks and C.K. failing at their attempt to protect and serve. The series had received a straight to series commitment with a planned 2018 release.
