Looks like anyone who was following the Bill Cosby criminal trial in Montgomery County, PA will get a second season. The district attorney responsible for bringing Bill Cosby to trial has vowed today that he will retry the legendary comedian after the judge in the case officially declared a mistrial.
“She deserves a verdict in this case,” Kevin Steele promised referring to alleged victim Andrea Constand, “and we will push forward to try and get justice done.”
Steele has four months to set a plan for a second trial, and round two could come about some time in 2017.

The mistrial was declared on Saturday morning by Judge Steven O’Neill after 52 hours of deliberation. The jury had come back to the judge on Thursday telling him that they were deadlocked, but O’Neill asked them to go back and try to come up with a verdict.
Soon after the decision came down, Cosby’s wife, Camille, issued a statement attacking the D.A., the judge, and the accusers.
If convicted Cosby faces a potential 10 years behind bars.
