Coors Is Getting Sued For Calling Blue Moon “Craft Beer”

A California micro-brewer is suing Coors for labeling their Blue Moon beer as a craft beer. Blue Moon is brewed at the same plants where the rest of Coors products are made. Coors released a statement saying “There are countless definitions of craft, none of which are legal definitions.” Which is why Colt 45 is preparing to release their “Old Time Small Batch Craft Malt Liquor” in stores this summer.
