Comedian Didn’t Recognize Game of Thrones’ Sansa Stark in Audience, Teased Her About Being an “Actress”
An Irish comedian performing at the Empire Laughs Back Comedy Club in Belfast was doing some crowd work as part of his set and starting giving a young actress a hard time. But he would not have done that if he had recognized her as Sansa Stark. “Have you ever been in an online ad for R Blogger?,” Simon O’Keefe asked the audience member? “Well I have,” he said before ending his set. The young actress was Sophie Turner who was out enjoying some comedy with co-star Maisie Williams. The two play Sansa Stark and Arya Stark on the worldwide phenomenon HBO series Game of Thrones. The Belfast Telegraph posted this video on Thursday.
Now the video should go viral faster than a plague at Winterfell because Game of Thrones fans miss their favorite sisters and are eager for anything GoT while they wait until late 2017 to watch the final installment.
Later, the three posed for a photo which Sophie posted on her Instagram, and an audience member grabbed a shot of the action as well. O’Keefe himself, who was presumably recording his own set, posted the video to YouTube.
