Looks like the NFL’s appeal is going great for them since a three judge panel at the Second Circuit Federal Court was much more Goodell-friendly this time. Brady’s suspension may be upheld and he could miss the first four games of the season. Or he can try and take it to the Supreme Court, which would make all the sense in the world.
