New Will Arnett Series Flaked Coming To Netflix in March
Will Arnett has filled much of the last ten years by lending his voice to great animated movies, raising kids and being Amy Poehler’s husband. This March he saunters back over to Netflix and takes the lead in Flaked, the serio-comic story of Chip a celebrated long-time resident of the insular world of Venice, California who falls for the object of his best friend’s fascination. Soon the tangled web of half-truths and semi-bullshit that underpins his all-important image and sobriety begins to unravel. Five-time Emmy Award nominee Will Arnett plays Chip, a man doing his honest best to stay one step ahead of his own lies.
Arnett penned the eight episode series with Mark Chapell, who also wrote The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret, proving that he has a keen eye for writing in quirky character voices, and few do better at quirky than Arnett.
