Where in the Super Bowl is David McDonald!?

Here is the Sports Illustrated Super Bowl Gigapan. Photographers David Bergman and Josh Lehrer created it during Super Bowl XLVI at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, IN. The image is made up of 364 individual photos (28 across by 13 down) taken over a 37-minute span in the third quarter. The final high-resolution image is 73,636 x 23,384 pixels, or 1,721 megapixels.

In theory, you could find anyone who was at the Super Bowl in this picture, and zoom in right down to their face with amazing detail.

Can you find our buddy East Side Dave?  If you can’t, don’t worry, Brian from Brooklyn (@blevine77) did, and he sent a link to his imgur album where he shows how he found him– with step by step zoom ins.

Here’s some non-zoomable images showing how Brian found Dave (you can also see these images on his imgur page here):

Also, thanks to Michael who found Waldo right above the section 110 sign.
