E. Jean Caroll accused Trump of rape and then sued him for defamation when he denied the rape. His defense to the defamation charge was based on the fact that he made the denial while president, and he claimed, you can’t sue someone for things they said while in office. But oops, he fucked up, because he went and repeated the denial, on the Truth social network and unless he’s claiming he’s still president, that means his defense just turned to smoke. He wrote “It is a Hoax and a lie, just like all the other Hoaxes that have been played on me for the past seven years,” Trump wrote. “And, while I am not supposed to say it, I will. This woman is not my type!”
