Vince McMahon has sold off $100 Million of WWE stock to fund his new venture Alpha Entertainment as well five trademarks for the XFL as a “professional football league and also cover merchandise related to the league”. A WWE spokesperson says McMahon’s new venture Alpha Entertainment is meant “to explore investment opportunities across the sports and entertainment landscapes, including football.” If Vince can’t make wrestling popular again why does he think he can get people to stop hating football.
