The US National Team beat Panama 1 – 0 to win the 2013 CONCACAF Gold Cup Championship in Chicago. The only goal of the game came during the 70th minute and was scored by the U.S.’ Brek Shea. At least Panama can go home knowing they still have that cool song by Van Halen.
