U.S. Soccer Rules To Require Players To Stand For National Anthem

After Megan Rapinoe became one of the athletes who chose to kneel during the National Anthem in protest, U.S. Soccer has announced a rule that states all players “shall stand respectfully during playing of national anthem at which federation is represented”.
U.S. Soccer, nice try, trying to appeal to the average American… but they still see you as some kind of weird foreign foot sport. Maybe try to get more troops??
