UPDATE: Tracy Morgan Going Home From Rehab Center

Tracy Morgan who was severely critically injured in a car accident last month has been released from a rehabilitation center.

Tray’s publicist Lewis Kay made the announcement according to Deadline. Kay released a statement saying that Tracy Morgan is going home and he confirmed that the comedian as well as the other people involved in the June crash are suing Walmart.

Kay’s statement said – “Tracy has been released from the rehabilitation center and will continue his recovery efforts at home with an aggressive outpatient program. He asked me to pass along his sincerest gratitude to everyone who has helped him get to this point. He would also appreciate some privacy during this crucial point in his recovery. In regards to the reports of a lawsuit, I can confirm that Tracy, along with the other victims of this horrific accident, have filed suit.”

Morgan suffered a broken leg, nose and ribs in the six-vehicle crash, which killed fellow comedian James “Jimmy Mack” McNair and injured his assistant Jeffrey Millea and comedian Ardie Fuqua who is continuing treatment at a rehab center for a broken leg and brain trauma.
