Turtle From Entourage Invented a Boston Market Side Dish
Last night on the Late Late Show with James Corden, the most loveable member of Vinny Chase’s Entourage was hanging out on the couch– Jerry Ferrara aka Turtle. They were talking about straight jobs before the fame, and Jerry confessed to working at just about every single restaurant in the San Fernando valley, which means he either worked a lot of jobs at once, or he had some trouble keeping a job. But there was one day job where he was a model employee. Ferrara, apparently was the king of Boston Market when he first moved to LA. Employee of the month, three months in a row.
AND he invented a new side.
Ready for this? Scoop of mashed potatoes, scoop of mac n cheese, and a scoop of creamed spinach, and that’s Jerry’s secret side weapon. Sounds disgusting but he swears by it so maybe you might like it. We can’t get past the word “scoop of” involving anything other than ice cream, but go ahead, try it out. Get back to us.
