New York Times Says Best Bagels in the Country are in Cali

A New York Times critic (who is not a New Yorker, but covers LA for the NYT) is saying that California has better bagels than New York City. Tejal Rao says the west coast bagel boom has given Cali places like Boichick Bagels, Yeastie Boys, and Gjusta which out-bagel those back east.

That’s okay, New York City has the best avocados.

Teen Vogue Staff Wants New Editor OUT Over Anti Asian Tweets

The new editor at Teen Vogue is 27 years old and a woman of color, but she’s being accused of racism and the staff at the magazine wants her out. The cause of the fury are some old tweets she sent, which are now coming back to haunt.
