Tony Scott Commits Suicide

Director Tony Scott, who directed True Romance and a list of classic action films like Top Gun, Days Of Thunder, Beverly Hills Cop II, Crimson Tide, and the most recent Unstoppable, was found dead, of an apparent suicide this weekend. Authorities said he jumped from the Vincent Thomas Bridge in Los Angeles Harbor and left a note in his car.
He also is a credited producer on this summer’s Fox blockbusterPrometheus directed by his brother Ridley Scott.
