Todd Glass gets a hero’s welcome on Jimmy Kimmel Live as he talks about his new book, “The Todd Glass Situation.” It’s his story of being Jewish, dyslexic, closeted and very funny, and Kimmel refers to it as a story for “all Todd’s everywhere.” No need for any Todd’s to get paranoid. He was just making a a joke.
Glass says he wanted to call the book “All I Ever Wanted to Meet Was the Girl with a Terminal Disease, and other things I said to keep the closet door shut.” And no more ‘coming out of the closet, Glass said that sounds too feminine. He prefers to say he “busted out of the shed.”
