The Decline of Eye Contact
Eye contact in conversation is declining rapidly. Adults currently make eye contact 30% – 60% of the time while speaking to each other, those numbers should be at 60% – 70%. The reason? Smartphones. So smartphones are now destroying your three day weekends and making you unable to emotionally connect with someone during a conversation. At least you can watch Youtube videos whenever you want. That’s something, right?
