Texas Prepares To Execute 500th Inmate

State Officials in Texas are preparing to execute 52 year-old Kimberly Clark (charged with murder in 1997) which would be the 500th inmate executed since the death penalty was restored in 1976. While Clark has accepted her fate, she said that the celebratory balloons may be a bit much.
