On an episode of Giuliani’s America’s Mayor Live podcast this week he enjoyed a particularly incoherent rant complaining that Colin Jost and SNL aren’t racist enough. “Remember? Colin Posti? What was his name? Colin Kosti? Coast-y? Coastin? (Yost) Yost Colin! Was that his name?” he rambled. He complained that SNL hasn’t been funny since the Obama years, and that because they refuse to make racist jokes, that’s racist.

Noted constitutional lawyer Floyd Abrams is 87 and still fighting. Dan Abrams said his content on Israel and Hamas was blocked from TikTok and Instagram. Floyd saw the clip at issue and was shocked but acknowledged that its not a First Amendment issue and that Instagram has a right to block anything it wants. “It’s just awful. It is really unforgivable for an entity that relies on free speech, that purports to defend free speech, to engage in that sort of of content-centric, “you have to be on our side” censorship.”
