Norway’s female beach handball team will be fined after breaking Olympic dress code, wearing shorts instead of bikinis. Official rules require female athletes to wear “bikini bottoms…with a close fit and cut on an upward angle toward the top of the leg. The side width must be of a maximum of 10 centimetres [about 4 inches].” Men are allowed to wear shorts.

These rules may need some updating. It’s handball, not 1990’s Maxim.
