CDC Making a National Mask Mandate for All Public Transportation
Beginning on February 1, all passengers on any public conveyance traveling in the US will be required to wear face coverings. That includes, planes, trains, ships, ferries, subways, buses, taxis and ride shares anywhere in the US. The rule also applies to terminals and stations.
A rule to rule them all. What a model idea. Sure was fun leaving our health and safety up to city transportation but this works too.

It got so cold in Winnipeg that a photographer was able to catch incredible images of soap bubbles freezing over like Little Snow Globes -28 celsius (about 18 degrees below zero for you fahrenheit fans) and low wind create perfect conditions for the phenomenon.

Pilots Rusty after the Pandemic
The LA Times reports that lack of frequent flight experience has caused pilots to make mistakes now that they’re flying again. One pilot forgot to disengage the parking break while departing the gate, another had trouble landing on a windy day, while another pilot forgot to turn on the anti-icing system.Pilots and airlines blame being out of practice. “The key to flying safely is frequency,” said Richard G. McSpadden Jr., senior vice president at the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Assn.’s Air Safety Institute.
Maybe they could get some extra practice if we fill those planes with vaccines and start getting them out around the country.
