Stephen Colbert Debuts His Brand New Face

Stephen Colbert doesn’t take over the Late Show until later this year on September 8th. In the meantime, he’s not concerning himself with looking TV ready. He showed off his new white beard look at the 10th annual Oscar Wilde Awards where he was honored.
Colbert told E!, “I was curious what I actually looked like and it turns out it’s this.” He added, “My wife has gotten used to it now. At first she wasn’t sure who this man in bed with her was. She likes it OK, so I guess I’m OK with it.” The plan is to shave it before taking over for David Letterman on CBS.
