SNL 40: Eddie Murphy Returns To Saturday Night Live

Eddie Murphy stepped back on to the Saturday Night Live stage for the first time in 31 years. It was the most waited for moment of the entire SNL 40 anniversary special. And it was only a moment. Chris Rock paid tribute to Eddie and his remarks lasted a lot longer than Eddie’s actual appearance. The audience loved seeing Eddie Murphy and he entered to a standing ovation. The man who saved Saturday Night Live in the early 80s seemed a little overwhelmed by it all. He quickly thanked everyone and talked about how good it felt to be home.
