SiriusXM Joins South Beach Comedy Festival With 2 Showcases

SiriusXM Satellite Radio is now part of the South Beach Comedy Festival. SXM is partnering with Live Nation to present the 10th annual event happening from Wednesday, April 8th through Saturday, April 11th.

The satellite radio company will also be hosting its own comedy showcase at the festival on Friday, April 10th and Saturday, April 11th. The SiriusXM Comedy Showcase will be at 10pm each night and with free admission. The showcases will be in the Gleason Room Backstage at the Fillmore.

deon-coleThe shows will feature Deon Cole, who plays Charlie on the hit ABC sitcom, “Black-ish”, plus the very funny Emma Willmann and Thomas Dale.

They provide an International reach for the Festival making it accessible for comedy fans everywhere. And their Free Late Night Comedy Showcase brings additional quality talent to the Festival for all to enjoy.”

The 10th annual South Beach Comedy Festival will also feature performances throughout the week by Dave Chappelle (doing 2 shows), Bill Burr, Hannibal Buress, Mark Normand, Patton Oswalt, Michael Yo, plus shows from the Mad Cat & More series including Have-Nots Comedy Presents Esther Ku and Mat Cat Theatre Company’s “Earthquake”.
