All Signs Point To The Simpsons Killing Off Krusty The Clown
Have you been ignoring the Simpsons? How about a stunt death. They could kill off the entire cast one week at a time for your amusement and renewed attention.
Simpsons showrunner Al Jean was speaking at the Television Critics Association summer press tour and was pressed with questions on which citizen of Springfield will be killed off this season.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, he did give some clues including that the voice actor of the character being killed off, had won an Emmy for the role. He then announced that the title of the episode is “A Clown In The Dumps”. He also added that his clues had been “obvious”.
Of course, this could be Jean trying to throw fans off course. However, Dan Castellaneta, who voices Krusty among other characters, has won an Emmy for his work on The Simpsons.
Someone does die on The Simpsons and it will happen during the season premiere on Sunday, September 28th on FOX.
