SF Sketchfest Announces Its 2015 Dates

SF Sketchfest, The San Francisco Comedy Festival returns next year for its 14th annual event. The two week festival will start Thursday, January 22nd, 2015 and run through Sunday, February 8th. No acts have been announced yet, and it’s already one of the most anticipated festivals in the country.

The line up for SF Sketchfest will be revealed at a free pre-festival announcement party at Doc’s Lab, formerly the Purple Onion, in San Francisco on Thursday, December 11th. Past San Francisco Comedy Festivals have hosted acts like Aziz Ansari, Fred Armisen, Marc Maron, Conan O’Brien, Amy Poehler, Paul Reubens, Amy Sedaris, Key & Peele, Tenacious D, Dan Aykroyd, Margaret Cho, David Cross, Zach Galifianakis, Chris Elliott, Reggie Watts, “Weird Al” Yankovic, Tim Heidecker, Neil Hamburger, Eddie Izzard, Monty Python’s Terry Jones, Garry Shandling and Dana Carvey.

This year’s performers will be appearing in two weeks worth of stand up shows, sketches, improv, alt comedy, films, music performances and panels. SF Sketchfest has also hosted TV show reunions, live podcasts and special tribute shows.
