Ted Dibiasi Junior, whose dad was WWE’s famous “Million Dollar Man” has been charged with a series of felonies connected to a welfare scheme- connected to the same scheme that Brett Favre has been accused of participating in. He and his family allegedly received over a million dollars in exchange for “leadership training” services that never happened. He is also accused of receiving $3 million in federal funding to support inner city youth through programs which didn’t take place.
