Yes, that’s Ol’ Rog laughing at a concussion joke by Roger Staubach at a National Football Foundation dinner. Not that there’s anything wrong with that, but he is laughing at a concussion joke while Luke Wilson (for some reason) is playing him as the bad guy in an upcoming movie. Called “Concussion.” About how the league he runs allegedly covered up concussions.
If you tried selling Ol’ Rog’s tenure as NFL commish as a dark comedy, HBO would turn it down as “not believable.”
