A 5,000 dollar reward is being offered for information on who tied three dogs up to a railroad track in Ohio and left them for dead. TIED THEM TO A RAILROAD TRACK! It gets better…a worker who found the dogs said that he saw someone hiding and videotaping the incident.
One of the three dogs survived and will be up for adoption on Friday.
